Nestled within the Walled Garden our Tearoom Team aim to provide top notch fresh light lunches and homebaking which is baked and prepared in our Ardardan kitchen using products from our Farm and Farm Shop. The Team are on hand to make your tearoom experience a relaxing, tasty and enjoyable one.
We are delighted that our Tearoom is now open again.
To continue to keep everyone as safe and comfortable as possible we will be working with less tables than we used to making sure that everyone can enjoy their tearoom experience at a safe social distance.
The Tearoom is NOT OPEN on Monday 3rd May.
In line with government guidelines at the minute we can taking bookings for a maximum of
6 adults from 2 households.
Children are not included in this number.
When you call to book we will ask you to confirm the number or households and if more than 2 households we’re so sorry we can’t welcome you into the tearoom but if you’d like to enjoy time and treat in our undercover but outdoor Horsebox Hangout instead that is no bother.

All our food is freshly prepared in our Ardardan kitchen by our brilliant team and using the best Scottish produce. We don’t do anything fancy but strive to always be simply brilliant. Have a nosy at our website for a snapshot of what you can expect.

For the moment while the tearoom is closed we pop the oven on and Freshly prepare Afternoon Tea on a Saturday.
We prepare for collection and for some local deliveries to Cardross, Helensburgh, Dumbarton or Balloch for those who can’t come and collect just now.

We are delighted that in line with the government roadmap our undercover but outdoor Horsebox Hangout will be open again from Tuesday the 27th of April. Here we have a range of sandwiches, paninis, hot pies, scones, other homemade Ardardan sweet treats and hot and cold drinks. This space is outdoor so as per the guidelines for outdoor socialising we can welcome a maximum of 6 people from 6 households to this area.
There’s no booking for this area.
Dogs are welcome in the Horsebox Hangout, we just ask that all are kept on a lead and beside you at all times please.
Our ranger will keep this area clean and wiped down at all times to make sure we have as safe and comfortable an environment as possible.
Until then we have the coffee machine in our Farm Shop Opening Hours 10-3pm Tues to Sunday. If you are in doing your messages and would like a coffee just ask and it will be no bother to make a coffee and bring it out for you to take away.
